Formal complaint against TigerDirect

Complaint Description:
Order#F3469275,date:11/8/10, ordered 2 items: item#K102-1164(rack enclosure) & #K102-1172(fan kit), plus there was a huge shipping charge of $73.97. Upon receipt of the good, there was only 1 item in the small box. The item arrived is only the fan kit. UPS label states it's only 2LBS and box 1 of 1. The expensive item (rack enclosure) was never sent out. I've been calling and emailing the everyday, and the standard response of "please allow 24~48 hours" and "case has been escalated to management". It is now 11 days after the order. They do not want to admit that item was never sent out nor issue a full refund. I had promised to install the goods @ my clients site, and failed to do so due to TigerDirect.

Your Desired Resolution:
I would like immediate refund, and if my customer decided not to go with me, I would like some compensation for lost of business.

This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our policy to allow the business 30 working days to respond to your complaint. You will be notified when the business has responded.
